Why is the code not working to login?

The Pro code that is provided is intended to use at checkout and not as a password to log into the Pro site. You will be advised to create your own personal login password when you receive a Pro account activation email.

Why am I unable to login with my email address?

You will not be able to login if more than one login page is open. We advise you close all pages and try logging in again. Please ensure that your account is completely set up by creating a password after being sent an account activation email.

I can't remember my password, how do I recover it?

Click on the "Forgot Your Password?" link to reset your password found on the customer login page.

How will my order be shipped and how long will it take?

Pro orders will be shipped via FedEx Ground and typically take 24-48 hours to leave our warehouse. Depending on where you are located, it will take an additional 5 business days until delivery. We do not ship internationally.

Can I place an international order?

At this time we are unable to ship internationally.

What if I do not have enough credits to cover my order?

Please be mindful that you cannot exceed your allotted annual budget. If you need additional product, you can purchase at 40% off MSRP at https://aftco.com. Please note that each site requires separate login credentials.

Can I use my credit card to pay for the difference over budget?

AFTCO Pro site only accepts a unique Pro code at checkout to complete your purchase. Credit card payments are not accepted.

How do I check the status of my order?

Can I return or exchange an item?

All sales are final on the AFTCO Pro Program. Please double check your size / color selections before placing an order. We will only consider an exchange for sizing, if needed.

How do I see my discount on the Pro site?

The Pro site only offers products at full retail price. Please visit our consumer retail site to access your discount (excluding sale times).

How do I buy AFTCO fishing tackle and hardware?

Please contact us directly for AFTCO tackle and hardware inquiries. The AFTCO Pro Program site is for clothing only.
